Home Tune-Up Lite
Price and Schedule
Our Lite plan offers a condensed version of our standard home energy audit, checking the following key performance measurements:
- Blower door tests for building air leaks
- Heating and cooling efficiency check
- Electrical and lighting load analysis
Plus, we provide expert resolution (within the workscope limits of the Lite plan) of deficiencies we may find in the course of our testing.
Home Tune-Up Standard

Our Standard plan offers the advanced home energy audit all the services of the Lite plan, plus the following:

Home Energy Remodel
Price and Schedule
Our ultimate offering, the Remodel plan best fits clients who wish to spare no expense in creating the most energy-efficient home possible. We will work with you to upgrade your existing home to meet the stringent ENERGY STAR® standard, a rating normally reserved for new homes built from the ground up using the latest resource-saving technology. (As an added benefit, should you decide to sell your home later, ENERGY STAR®-rated homes command a better resale price in today’s market.) So complete is our Remodel plan that many homeowners find they can equip their homes with smaller tonnage heating and cooling systems, saving additional money over the ownership of the home. Major renovations, HVAC replacement, fixture and electrical upgrades–if you wish to reduce your utility bills to their absolute minimum, our Remodel plan will ensure that goal.
